meet the gardener
Hello, welcome to the garden 🌷
This space began quietly—in the everyday rhythms of cooking, caring, & learning how to slow down.
Reap n Sow is about tending to what’s already here, & trusting that small, intentional acts can shape a life over time.
Motherhood changed my relationship with time.
What once felt automatic began asking for presence—meals, rest, even the sound of my own voice.
Cooking became a way back to myself. Not elaborate dishes, but familiar ones.
The kind made slowly, tasted often, and shared without ceremony.

This space is for you if:
- you’re drawn to simple, comforting food
- you’re living in a season that asks for gentleness
- you’re learning to listen to your body again
- you find meaning in routine, culture, & care
What’s being tended here:
- simple recipes meant to comfort & nourish
- cultural food traditions learned through shared tables
- gentle practices for stillness & regulation
- rhythms that honor seasons
A note on culture:
Many of the recipes here are influenced by Filipino food culture as I’ve learned it through family, friends, & community. These dishes carry memory, care, & connection. They’re not meant to be preserved exactly — but practiced, adapted, & passed on with respect.
Reap n Sow is still growing. You’re welcome to explore the kitchen, linger where you’re drawn, and return whenever it feels right.
